Rob provides comprehensive corporate counsel to businesses throughout the country, with a specific emphasis on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market. With a breadth of experience leading buy- and sell-side transactions, across a variety of industry verticals, for financial and strategic buyers and sellers alike, Rob brings a wealth of experience that adds value to his clients as a true advisor and trusted counselor.

Prior to joining James-Bates-Brannan-Groover-LLP, Rob worked as an Associate Attorney at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP in Atlanta, Georgia and Gregory, Doyle, Calhoun & Rogers, LLC in Marietta, Georgia. Prior to becoming an attorney, Rob was an infantry officer in the United States Army, and served his country faithfully for fourteen years, including multiple overseas tours. Rob earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2009, and his Bachelor of Science in Military Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2001.
