The Young Professionals of Dublin - Laurens County is proud to recognize Board Members, Lindsay Black and Brandi Dykes, for successfully graduating the 2016-2017 Leadership Dublin - Laurens County program. Each year, Leadership Dublin-Laurens County selects the best and brightest individuals in the region to participate in the ten-month program geared to developing civic leaders.

Lindsay Black is the Vice President of Marketing at Fairview Park Hospital and serves as Board Member at Large for the Young Professionals of Dublin - Laurens County. Black moved to Dublin in January 2016 from Augusta, Georgia, where she held a variety of marketing roles in both Healthcare and News Media. She earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Augusta State University. She was an active volunteer in the Augusta community and involved in many organizations including the Christ Community Health Services, United Way, American Red Cross, Junior League of Augusta, Historic Augusta and the Young Professionals of Augusta. She was honored by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce as one of the Top 10 Young Professionals to Watch; named Best of Augusta: Best Media Person to Follow by the readers of Augusta Magazine; and recognized by Augusta University as a JAG 20 Emerging Young Alumni. Black will serve as Vice Chair of the Leadership Dublin -Laurens County program in 2017-2018. She and her husband, Steven, live in Dublin, Ga.

Brandi Dykes, MBA, CPA, is a Senior Tax Accountant for the Tax and Business Solutions Department at TJS Deemer Dana LLP and serves as Secretary for the Young Professionals of Dublin - Laurens County. Dykes graduated with a BBA from Georgia Southern University where she was an active member of Beta Alpha Psi and the GSU Accounting Association.  In January 2013, she interned at a CPA firm on St. Simons Island where she subsequently became employed full-time. During that time, Brandi graduated from Brenau University with her MBA in Public Accounting. Dykes enjoys serving on the board for YPDLC and being involved in her community. She and her husband, Justin, live in Treutlen County and just welcomed their first son, Mason.
