The 9th Annual Kids in Pink Camp will be June 26-29 at Mable White Baptist Church. The camp is sponsored by United in Pink a local non-profit organization that provides support and services when there is a breast cancer diagnosis in a family. When children have a loved one diagnosed with breast cancer, their life is greatly impacted. Cancer changes things. Kids in Pink camp lets kids be kids again!
The camp is for children whose mother or grandmother has had breast cancer.
Kids in Pink campers will be creating gifts for breast cancer patients, and experience art, music, recreation, breakfast/lunch and a curriculum that encourages hope, strength, and courage.
