Go Mini’s Franchising, LLC., a leader in moving and portable self-storage, has successfully driven the conversion of multiple dealership licensing locations into the more successful franchise organization.

Go Mini’s recently expanded its franchise footprint via the dealership conversion process in Warner Robins, Ga., Dayton, Ohio, Little Rock, Ark., and Northern Indiana and has an aggressive plan to add new locations in California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado this year.

The latest conversion occurred when Scott Livingston of Columbus, Ga. expanded his territory and purchased the Go Mini’s of Warner Robins dealership. It has been renamed Go Mini's of Middle Georgia. Livingston, an existing franchisee, will oversee the location’s transition from dealership to franchise and manage a multi-unit operation as the existing owner of Go Mini’s of Columbus. The new franchise will join a network of 81 franchise locations in the United States and Canada. Livingston has a lengthy background in moving and storage and plays an active role in managing his family business, Livingston Storage & Transfer.

The process of converting dealers into franchises has afforded Go Mini's extraordinary growth opportunities that were not possible under the original dealership structure. While the previous dealership licensing system was very successful in its inception, the franchise model has proven to be a more systematic and efficient business management approach which continues to be fully supported by its ownership network.

“As we continue to implement our 2017 growth strategy, our dealership conversion process has proven to be an outstanding program. Since becoming a franchise organization in 2012, we have invested heavily in digital marketing, proprietary technology and a proven growth strategy that helps our franchisees achieve profitability earlier than expected. I am proud of our Go Mini’s family and excited about the future,” said Michael Lohman, Chairman at Go Mini’s Franchising, LLC.
