Ms. Carey practices in the fields of tax law and wealth planning. Ms. Carey has devised asset protection structures and drafted complex estate plans for clients, both domestic and international from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, to suit their diverse needs. Ms. Carey has represented clients in trust and corporate litigation, advised fiduciaries in trust administration and trustee succession planning, and assisted clients in pre-immigration planning and voluntary disclosures. Ms. Carey also has experience counseling clients in the formation and operation of various business entities. Ms. Carey holds a Masters of Law in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law and a Masters of Law in Taxation, cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. Carey is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida. She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
