The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center, a Public Service and Outreach unit of the University of Georgia, invites small business owners of young companies, 2 years or less, and entrepreneurs who are in the planning stages of their business to participate in our upcoming SBDC StartSmart Program.

If you recently started a small business, the SBDC StartSmart Program can help you develop your plans and move forward, gain knowledge of critical business fundamentals, and build a framework for a successful business operation.  Program graduates acquire marketing strategies and know how, an actionable business plan, information on acquiring capital from banks and investors, access to management tools and resources, and a network of entrepreneurial peers and professionals.

This program includes material and 8 high-energy, interactive modules covered in four full day sessions. 

The four session program will be held on Fridays, March 10, 17, 24, and 31st at 4875 Riverside Dr., Ste. 202, in Macon from 9am – 4pm.  Continental breakfast and lunch is provided.

Please be advised seating is limited and participants must complete an application to be considered for the SBDC StartSmart Program.  Completed application does not guarantee acceptance.   Early registration pricing ends January 31, 2017.
