Zoning Board Approves Preliminary Plans for $50M Project Downtown

Developers of a proposed $50 million downtown Macon project that would include at least one hotel, apartments, retail shops, restaurant and parking garage, received unanimous approval of the conceptual plan from the zoning commission Monday.
