Friday, December 19th, 2014

Xenos Hospitality, Inc., headquartered in Macon, Georgia, is proud to announce Techno Biz Tuesday, a technology education series focused on helping small businesses and nonprofits leap past the learning curve and leverage trending technology to their advantage.

This targeted educational series will be coordinated, managed and promoted across the Middle Georgia community through Macon’s Master Calendar on XenosLocal.com, the company’s social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin, and their email distribution list.

“We introduced this concept in November to gauge interest, and the response has been overwhelming from the business community – from those who want to learn, as well as from experts who want to share their knowledge,” says Bailey. “First quarter programming was filled in just a week of program announcement, and we have registrants signing up before the topics are released.” The company is also in the works to coordinate a program in the Augusta, GA area as well as in the Jackson and Griffin, GA areas.

Local businesses partnering for the 2015 program in Middle Georgia include Macon.com/The Telegraph, SevenWired, Everyday Computer Solutions, Najera Design, JB Social, and Lamar Outdoor Advertising.

Xenos Hospitality is seeking local technology experts, advertising professionals, web designers and software trainers who would like to partner in bringing this educational series to the community through delivery of their own expert presentations. Technology topics of interest may include:  cloud-based software, business mobile apps, social media marketing, digital advertising media, websites and/or seo, mobile marketing, mobile devices, operational software, etc. All partnering companies/individuals will be promoted as 2015 Presenting Sponsors of Techno Biz Tuesday, receiving recognition throughout the year on all marketing materials including emails, press releases, and online marketing initiatives. There is no cost to be a presenting partner.

Anyone interested in attending a Techno Biz Tuesday workshop, or being a program presenter should email Anna Jackson at [email protected] . Presenters, please include your name, business you represent, area of expertise and your presentation topic(s). All presentations will be approximately 1 hour in length and held on Tuesdays from 8:30-9:30 am in the Xenos Hospitality conference room at 174 New Street in downtown Macon unless a larger space is needed.
