State Bank Declares Quarterly Dividend

The board of directors of State Bank Financial Corp. have declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid Sept. 16 to the common stock shareholders of record as of Sept 8.
State Bank Financial is the holding company for State Bank and Trust Co., which has about $2.6 billion in assets as of June 30. State Bank has locations in metro Atlanta and Middle Georgia.
