Hays Service based in Macon, Georgia, recently trained its team on Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization, a premier technology that drastically improves indoor air quality.

Upon becoming a certified Global Plasma Solutions vendor, Hays Service installed Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization units in several of their client’s HVAC systems to clean their air of particulates, odors, and pathogens.

Fickling Management Services, LLC in Macon, Georgia, is one of many clients that Hays Service has served by installing Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization units in the Fickling Building.  Fickling Management Services approached Hays Service when COVID-19 initially surfaced, requesting help to ensure high indoor air quality for their tenants in the building. Hays Service quickly implemented these units along with a monitoring system that provides a real time graphical display of system performance to provide cleaner air and peace of mind.

Fickling Management Services “wanted to ensure optimal indoor air quality when the tenants returned from the COVID-19 stay-at-home order,” said Bob King, Facilities Consultant at Hays Service. “When they reached out to us, we knew that the solution was Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization, and we installed it right away.”

Georgia Military College has also purchased this technology, and Hays Service will be assisting in the installation of Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization on one of their campuses in the near future.
